I’m a lawyer who spent two decades in high-pressure corporate environments. I was good at performing and I was also completely guarded, exhausted, and carrying a weight I didn’t know how to put down.

Everything changed when I started exploring how the brain actually recovers from chronic stress. I discovered that rest isn’t something you earn after you’ve proven yourself. It’s what makes sustained performance possible.

Within 60 days of building real recovery into my life, people around me noticed the shift. I was more open, more present, and more capable of the work that actually mattered.

Now my work focuses on helping high-achieving professionals build recovery systems that let you rise sustainably. I created the Point One Method, a 6-minute daily practice that trains your brain to shift from guarded and overwhelmed to open and resilient.
